Our Easy Return & Refund Policy Explained

The rule lasts for 7 days. We are sorry, but we can’t give you a return or trade after 7 days of purchasing. You can only return items that are brand new, unused, and in the same state you got them in. It also needs to be in its original box. We need a ticket or other proof of purchase in order to process your return. Please do not send your buyback to the company that made it.

Any item that isn’t in its original state is broken or is missing parts for no reason our fault ;
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery;

Refunds (if needed)

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return once it has been received and reviewed. We will also let you know if your return was approved or denied. If you are accepted, you will get your refund. Within a certain number of days, a credit will be given directly to your credit card or the method of payment you used the first time.

Not getting or being late with returns (if needed)

First, check your bank account again to see if you’ve missed your return.
Then you should call your credit card company. It could be a while before your return shows up on your account.
After that, call your bank. A return usually takes some time to process before it shows up in your account. All of these things should have been done before you received your return. If they weren’t, please email us at contact@aussie-modafinil.com

Things on sale (if any)

Items that are normally priced can only be returned; sale items cannot be refunded. The only exception to this is if the item you received was damaged or defective. In these cases, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Sending packages

When you send something back, you will have to pay for the shipping costs yourself. You can’t get your shipping costs back. If you get your money back, the cost of sending the item back will be taken out of your refund.
The time it takes for your replaced item to get to you may change based on where you live.

If you are sending something over $75, you might want to use a shipping service that lets you track it or buy shipping insurance. We can’t promise that we’ll get your returned item.

FAQ

It’s too bad that you got a broken or faulty item or that it got hurt on its way to you. We’ll take care of this for you; don’t send it back. Just contact us. If your product is broken, please let us know what batch it is from and when it expires.

If you receive a broken item, please send us a picture at orders@aussie-modafinil.com as soon as you can.

Yes, we will process your return and let you know by email within 10 days of getting it. Please wait one more week for your return to show up in your account.

It will be the same method of payment you used for the order. Our team will let you know by email once your return has been handled. When you send something back to our office, we’ll usually handle it within 10 business days. Please wait an extra week for your return to show up in your bank account.
